1. Write the Name: Take the piece of paper and write the full name of the person you want to silence. As you write, focus your intent on them stopping their gossip, lies, or negative speech about you. For a more aggressive approach, you can write their name multiple times or cross it out.

2. Add Representative Drawing: It could be a drawing of their face, something that resembles them, anything that you know is associated to solely them. It has to be very specific and personal, I'd personally recommend their face.

3. Place in Container: Put the piece of paper with the name on it into your freezer-safe container.

4. Add the Liquid: Pour water over the paper until it is submerged. If you are using salt or vinegar, add it to the water now. Salt is used for purification and to sour their words, while vinegar is used to make their speech sour and unpleasant.

5. Seal the Container: Securely close the lid of the container or seal the zip-top bag. As you do this, you can say a command aloud, such as, "[Target's Name], you are frozen. Your words about me are stopped. You will not speak my name. You are silent and still."

6. Freeze: Place the sealed container in the back of your freezer, ideally in a corner where it won't be disturbed. Leave it there for as long as you need the person to remain silent.

7. Disposal (When Done): When you feel the spell has served its purpose and you are ready to end it, take the container out of the freezer. Let the ice melt completely. Dispose of the water and the paper by throwing it away at a crossroads or burying it far from your home to permanently release the energy. Clean the container thoroughly before using it for anything else.

Steps:

1. Set Your Space:
Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Arrange your items in front of you. Light the black candle and take a few deep breaths, centering yourself.

2. Create a Circle:
If you wish, sprinkle a little salt in a circle around your space (or just imagine a glowing protective circle around you).

3. Mirror Affirmation:
Hold the mirror and look into your eyes. Say aloud (or in your head):
“I am powerful, protected, and untouchable. My energy is my own. Negativity cannot reach me. I shine with confidence and truth.”

4. Charge Your Jewelry:
Hold your jewelry in your hands. Visualize it glowing with black and silver light—like armor for your spirit. Whisper:
“Infuse this piece with strength and protection. Let it carry my confidence wherever I go.”

5. Seal with Scent:
Dab your favorite scent onto the jewelry. Imagine the fragrance forming a shield around you, warding off bad vibes and attracting admiration.

6. Candle Focus:
Hold your jewelry above the candle flame (not too close!) and say:
“As this flame burns, so does my power. I am safe, seen, and strong.”

7. Close the Spell:
Thank the energies, blow out the candle, and put on your charged jewelry. If you used a pouch, place the jewelry inside and carry it with you.

Optional:
Write a sigil for confidence and protection, and keep it with you or draw it on your skin with lotion or perfume.

To Use:
Whenever you feel nervous or need a boost, touch your jewelry and repeat:
“I am protected. I am powerful. I am the main character.”

Light the candle and sit down in a dark, quiet space. It doesn't have to be silent, but the quieter it is, the stronger the spell will be. Take the scrap of paper and write both your name and the person of your choosing's name. You may write in black ink, but the spell will be stronger if you use blue. Put your personal belonging and their personal belonging in the middle of the paper. Fold the scrap and tie the blue ribbon around it, encasing the personal belonging in the paper. You must then hold the scrap over the candle and repeat these words three times: "As I burn our belongings we hold so dear, have your loyalty become clear. If not in passion, then in fear, you shall always be near." You must be confident, and you cannot stutter for it to work. Then, carefully so as not to burn yourself, dip the scrap in the flames and let it burn.

Repeat this spell at midnight on the first Friday of every month for as long as you want their loyalty. If you are to miss a spell ritual, you must wait until the next month to start again, going without their loyalty for that month.

Set up your area/alter in the manner of your choosing: i.e. cleansing, ritual, protection spell- whatever works for you.

When you are done chanting, discard the person's picture or paper w/ name however you choose:

- if your choose to burn them, only do so if you are experienced and are in a FIRE SAFE AREA WHILE USING A FIRE SAFE CONTAINER TO HOLD THE BURNING OBJECT.

Blow out the candle- making sure the wick is fully out- then discard the candle.
